We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who can assist in managing paid campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing marketing strategies to drive measurable growth for our clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management
- Assist in planning, launching, and managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for key metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign results.
Creative & Strategy Support
- Work closely with designers, video editors, and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Suggest new ad angles, hooks, and creative concepts based on campaign performance.
Market Research
- Conduct competitor research and audience analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Operations & Collaboration
- Support senior performance marketers in campaign strategy and execution.
- Maintain organized campaign data, trackers, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns and creatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
- Basic hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of eCommerce marketing funnels and paid advertising strategies.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
