Role Description The Heating Air Conditioning Design Engineer is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division. This role involves designing HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, including load calculations, equipment selection, and layout preparation. The engineer will prepare detailed design drawings and documentation, coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project specifications, performing technical analysis, optimizing system efficiency, and supporting project teams during installation and commissioning. The role also requires collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to address design queries and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in HVAC Design and HVAC system planning, including load calculations and equipment sizing.
• Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles applied to building services and environmental control.
• Experience with Plumbing design and related piping layouts for integrated MEP solutions.
• Proficiency in performing detailed engineering calculations and preparing technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with relevant HVAC codes, standards, and best practices.
• Ability to use CAD or other design software for HVAC and plumbing drawings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in project teams.
• Prior experience in building services or MEP design projects is an advantage.
