Job Summary:
The Health & Safety Executive is responsible for implementing and monitoring workplace health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, safety trainings, and promoting a safe working environment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
On-site / Factory / Corporate Office / Project Site
Working Conditions:
May require site inspections, shift support, emergency response coordination, and interaction with contractors/vendors.

Job Summary:
The Health & Safety Executive is responsible for implementing and monitoring workplace health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, safety trainings, and promoting a safe working environment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify unsafe acts and conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports.
- Conduct safety induction programs, toolbox talks, and employee awareness training.
- Monitor PPE usage and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
- Maintain safety records, permits, checklists, and statutory documents.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities such as mock drills and fire safety programs.
- Support internal and external audits related to HSE compliance.
- Monitor contractor safety compliance at site.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
- Promote safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives across the workplace.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Safety, or Environmental Science.
- Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or Industrial Safety preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Health & Safety operations.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Risk assessment and incident investigation skills.
- Report preparation and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage site safety activities.
