Role Description
Responsible for identifying hazards in the premises and provide Safety training to all employees to avoid any accidents while on job. Thereby achieve company's goal of Safety first. Take care of general administration of the plant.
Role purpose
To follow and ensure best safety practices and its implementation
To ensure quality and availability of PPE
To execute risk assessment & KYT (Dangerprediction) process as per the plan to control/minimize the positional hazard in the process
To co-ordinate with the respective dept. head to set the safety process parameters
To organize monthly departmental audits for all the plants in order to ensure safe practices & environment for the Employees
To conduct the plant safety inspection/safety patrol throughout the plant to ensure to identify/minimize the unsafe acts /condition
To prepare the safety manual and update on frequent intervals in order to ensure the correct safety standard
To implement the work permit system in order to regulate the non-routine works
