iShake is hiring a growth-focused professional to help scale the next phase of the business.

We manufacture premium shaker bottles and hydration products and currently work with gyms, nutrition stores, supplement brands, sports retailers, corporate gifting companies, and wellness businesses across India.

This is not a routine marketing role.

We are looking for someone who can actively build sales distribution networks, generate business, create partnerships, and contribute to strong 360° brand growth.

5 Days a Week


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Distribution

  • Build and expand B2B distribution networks across India
  • Appoint and manage distributors/channel partners
  • Generate institutional and bulk business
  • Drive sales growth across:
  • Fitness chains
  • Nutrition & supplement brands
  • Corporate gifting
  • Pharma & wellness
  • Sports retail
  • Develop long-term business relationships
  • Achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly targets

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Participate actively in 360° marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate campaigns across digital, offline, social media, exhibitions, and influencer activities
  • Work closely with creative teams for branding and campaign execution
  • Help strengthen iSHAKE’s premium positioning in the market
  • Contribute to product launches, sales materials, and growth campaigns

Strategy & Performance

  • Track sales performance and ROI
  • Study competitors and identify market opportunities
  • Execute practical growth strategies, not just planning


Requirements

  • MBA mandatory
  • 3–8 years experience in B2B sales, distribution, or growth roles
  • Strong understanding of distribution building and channel sales
  • Experience in fitness, FMCG, nutrition, lifestyle, sports, gifting, or related industries preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills
  • Ownership mindset with ability to deliver results independently


Compensation

  • ₹18–24 LPA Fixed Salary (depending on experience and track record)
  • Attractive performance-linked incentives on business growth and sales achievements


Important

This role is for serious performers who can build business and execute aggressively.

We are not looking for:

  • Freshers
  • Pure “social media only” marketers
  • Passive coordination profiles
  • Candidates without strong sales exposure
