Role Description

We are seeking a contract Head of Social Media to own the strategy and execution of Trelli's social media presence, with an initial focus on Instagram. This is a senior individual contributor role. We are looking for someone who lives on the internet, understands culture in real time, and has the creative instincts to build a brand presence that people genuinely follow.

This role requires someone with exceptional creative judgment, strong writing skills, and creating engaging, social-media first designed content that resonates with our audience. You will work directly with the founder and have significant creative autonomy.

Qualifications

• Develop and own the Instagram content strategy and monthly content calendar
• Build a distinct, recognizable brand voice that resonates with a Gen Z and millennial audience
• Write captions and scripts that reflect a premium, design-forward brand voice
• Direct and produce Reels, carousels, and editorial content end-to-end
• Handle all video and photo editing in alignment with brand aesthetic
• Manage community engagement including comments and DMs
• Monitor platform trends and optimize content strategy accordingly
• Deliver monthly performance reporting with actionable insights
