Head of Sales-Digital Lending Fintech

Company Description:

We are hiring for a large IPO bound digital lending fintech which offers secured and unsecured loans to its retail customers in tieup with banks and NBFCs.

Role Description The Head of Sales – Digital Lending Fintech will lead the sales function for fintech lending solutions across multiple secured and unsecured products, driving revenue growth and market penetration. The person will be responsible for

• Managing the colending vertical and drive disbursements for the partners.
• Managing Distribution (Fee Income) Business
• Co-Lending overview – Manage Co-Lending business for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Retail secured loans, HL, LAP & BNPL products with end to end process management delivering overall disbursements
• Partner Management – Onboarding new partners (Banks & NBFC’s) for Co-Lending

Key Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in digital distribution of loan products for a Fintech lending platform.
• Must have exposure to multi product setup
• Must have onboarded and manged relationships with partnership banks and NBFCs at scale
