Role Description
We are seeking a Head of Sales for a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi. The Head of Sales will oversee all sales operations, drive business growth, and build relationships with clients. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, optimizing account management processes, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Collaboration with internal teams to align goals and ensure the continued success of the organization will also be essential.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and driving revenue growth
- Strong skills in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Experience in Team Management and leadership
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and market trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in an on-site collaborative environment and adapt to a fast-paced industry
