Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumabi/Delhi.Pune for a Head of Sales - Polymer. The position involves leading and managing the sales function, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, mentoring and developing the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to align sales goals with organizational objectives. Strong analytical skills will be essential for market analysis and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, including developing and executing successful sales strategies
• Experience in Account Management and maintaining key client relationships
• Strong Team Management skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop sales teams
• Prospecting opporutinitse and guideung the Team
• Analytical Skills for market research, strategic planning, and performance analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
• Experience in polymer or related industries is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
