Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, utilizing a CRM system to track progress and provide updates.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients, attend events, and build business relationships.


Qualifications



  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.


Required Skills



  • Requires 15+ years of sales experience, ideally in the Software Development or IT industry, with a history of exceeding goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Must possess strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve problems, and manage complex deals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales methodologies is essential.
  • Requires a comprehensive understanding of the IT, Software Development, or E-commerce industry and competitive landscape.
