Job Description

About The Role

This is not a traditional classroom teaching position.

At UniAthena, we run self-paced online Master’s programs, and this role focuses on academic mentoring, learner progression, assessment evaluation, and learner experience. You will act as a personal academic guide for learners — supporting concept clarity, reviewing assignments, tracking progress, and ensuring successful completion of modules.

If you enjoy working closely with learners, guiding them through their academic journey, and creating meaningful learning experiences in an EdTech environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a personal academic mentor for learners enrolled in Management Master’s programs
  • Support learners with concept clarification, academic doubts, and module guidance
  • Evaluate assignments and assessments, providing structured and actionable feedback
  • Track learner progress across modules and ensure timely progression to subsequent stages
  • Proactively engage inactive or struggling learners to understand challenges and drive re-engagement
  • Maintain learner records, progress trackers, and academic documentation
  • Collaborate with Academic Operations, LMS, Student Support, and Renewals teams to ensure smooth learner journeys
  • Take ownership of learner experience, satisfaction, and completion outcomes
  • Participate in academic quality checks and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s Degree in Management / MBA (UGC NET preferred)
  • Freshers or candidates with 1+ year experience in teaching, mentoring, academic support, or EdTech are welcome
  • Strong conceptual clarity in management subjects
  • Comfortable working in a self-paced digital learning environment
  • Willingness to handle learner follow-ups and academic coordination

  • Organized, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple learners simultaneously

  • Basic tech comfort (LMS, trackers, Google Sheets, etc.)

Work Timings

Work Hours: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM, aligned with learner availability across time zones.
