Job Title: Programming Head

Channel: Sikh Ratnavali (Devotional Channel)

Company: Unisys Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Karnal (On-site)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sikh candidate or a professional with a strong understanding of Punjabi language and Sikh religious content to manage and oversee the complete digital presence of Sikh Ratnavali Channel. The role requires cultural sensitivity, deep respect for Sikh Maryada, and strong coordination skills to maintain the spiritual integrity of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow devotional social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)

• Plan, upload, and schedule daily devotional content

• Coordinate and conduct interviews with Sikh personalities, Granthis, Kirtaniyas, and speakers

• Write, edit, and review captions and descriptions in Punjabi

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with Sikh values and Maryada

• Coordinate with production, editing, and creative teams for timely uploads

• Oversee entire digital strategy and content flow for the channel

• Maintain content dignity, authenticity, and religious integrity

• Monitor YouTube analytics, engagement metrics, and audience growth

Skills & Eligibility

• Sikh candidate preferred OR non-Sikh with strong knowledge of Sikh religion

• Fluency in Punjabi (spoken and written) – Mandatory

• Strong understanding of Sikh traditions, Gurbani, and Maryada

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Leadership ability to manage digital, creative, and production coordination

• Experience managing devotional or religious digital pages is an advantage

• Strong understanding of YouTube analytics and social media growth

Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in digital content management, devotional programming, religious broadcasting, or media leadership roles

• Proven experience in managing and scaling YouTube channels and social media platforms

• Prior experience in coordinating interviews, live sessions, or spiritual discourse programs

• Experience in Punjabi media, religious broadcasting, or cultural content creation preferred

• Team management and digital strategy leadership experience is mandatory
