Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Zoho Business Manager to lead Zoho practice growth, client engagements, and end-to-end solution delivery. This role blends consulting expertise with business ownership—driving revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful implementation of Zoho-based digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth of the Zoho practice through new client acquisition and account expansion.
• Work closely with sales and presales teams to shape proposals and solution strategies.
• Own revenue targets and delivery excellence for Zoho engagements.
• Lead client engagements to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and oversee implementation of Zoho solutions including CRM, Creator, Analytics, Books, Projects, and Zoho One.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures.
• Drive configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems.
• Ensure timely project delivery with high customer satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and business leaders.
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with Zoho support teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Zoho consulting, CRM/ERP implementation, or business application advisory.
• Proven experience managing client accounts and implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of business process automation and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deluge scripting knowledge is an advantage.
