The Head of Operations will oversee daily operations, ensuring project efficiency, adherence to timelines, and high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include managing teams, optimizing operational processes, monitoring budgets, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Additional duties involve strategic planning, workforce management, and collaboration with various departments to meet the company’s objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bathinda.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in strategic planning, project management, and operational optimization
• Knowledge of construction or infrastructure industry standards and practices
• Experience in budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation
• Proficient in communication and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
• Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects is preferred
