Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Regional Head – Sales. The role involves leading and scaling B2B sales operations, driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring business targets are achieved through structured planning and execution.


Key Responsibilities

  •  Own and drive sales strategy and revenue targets
  •  Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams
  •  Build and strengthen long-term institutional and enterprise partnerships
  •  Oversee end-to-end sales operations and performance metrics
  •  Identify new business opportunities and expansion avenues
  •  Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and account governance


Qualifications

  •  Proven expertise in B2B Institutional Sales Leadership and Sales Management
  •  Strong experience in regional or large-scale business development
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  •  Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and forecasting
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  •  Preferred candidates need to have prior Education industry experience
  •  Must own a car and valid driving license
  • Open to extensive travel for business requirements
