Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and high-energy Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between creative storytelling and commercial success. In this role, you will be the primary link between Fincity (Sales & Marketing) and Rouzy Tribe (Advertising), ensuring that every campaign is backed by a robust plan and every lead generation effort is synced with sales objectives.

The ideal candidate understands that real estate marketing is not just about beautiful visuals—it’s about a meticulously timed production and media plan that drives site visits and conversions.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing plans for luxury residential and commercial projects.
  • Design integrated digital strategies (Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media) and offline initiatives (OOH, Events, Print).
  • Create detailed Media Plans to optimize budget allocation across various channels to ensure maximum ROI.

2. Production & Creative Coordination

  • Collaborate with Rouzy Tribe to oversee the production lifecycle—from creative briefs to final delivery of films, renders, and digital assets.
  • Ensure all advertising collateral aligns with the specific brand positioning and "narrative-driven" approach of our projects.
  • Manage timelines for photoshoots, video production, and site branding materials.

3. Sales Alignment & Synergy

  • Act as the vital link between the marketing engine and the Fincity Sales Team.
  • Translate marketing data into actionable insights for sales, and conversely, use sales feedback to refine advertising messaging.
  • Coordinate lead-flow management and ensure the sales team is equipped with the right marketing tools (Sales Kits, Brochures, Presentations) to close deals.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Bengaluru real estate landscape, competitor movements, and emerging micro-market trends.
  • Identify unique selling propositions (USPs) for new launches and craft compelling "Human-Centric" value propositions.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 5+ years in Marketing, specifically within the Real Estate sector or an agency handling major real estate accounts.
  • Planning Prowess: Proven ability to build complex marketing and media budgets from scratch.
  • Production Knowledge: Strong understanding of the creative production process (post-production, color grading, and content delivery timelines).
  • Communication: Exceptional coordination skills; you must be able to speak the language of both a Creative Director and a Sales Head.
  • Digital Proficiency: Hands-on understanding of lead generation funnels and CRM integration.
