Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Prior experience leading marketing teams is highly preferred
- SaaS, CRM, or B2B product marketing experience is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging digital channels
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROAS, lead quality, and conversion performance
- Build and execute full-funnel growth strategies covering awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention, and re-engagement
- Closely monitor and improve marketing opener team performance to ensure high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Collaborate with Sales teams to improve lead quality, reduce response time, and increase conversion efficiency
- Lead continuous experimentation through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel improvements
- Work closely with internal creative teams including digital marketers, copywriters, designers, and video teams to create high-performing campaigns
- Identify and scale new customer acquisition opportunities and growth channels
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance marketing team with strong ownership and accountability
- Develop reporting dashboards and performance frameworks for leadership visibility and strategic decision-making
