We're Hiring | Head – Learning & Development | GoColors
GoColors is at an inflection point.
We have 5,500 + employees. 800+ stores. A frontline workforce that is growing fast — and needs to grow even faster in capability.
This is not a support function role. This is one of the most strategically important roles in our organisation today — sitting at the intersection of business growth, people capability, and cultural transformation.

What you will actually be doing:
15+ years in Learning & Development with strong retail frontline exposure
Someone who has built L&D from the ground up — not just managed an existing function
A facilitator, a coach, and a systems thinker — all three
Hindi speaking — essential given our primary retail markets
Execution-first mindset. You are energised by ambiguity, not slowed by it

- Build and own the complete learning ecosystem — from store executives on the floor to regional managers leading clusters
- Design and run role-specific capability programs across every layer — CSE, Store Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager
- Build and run the AM Excellence Program — our flagship field leadership development initiative
- Create a daily learning habit across stores using blended, mobile-first delivery
- Lead product knowledge and retail sales training — ensuring every customer-facing employee is confident and conversion-ready
- Design training content specific to GoColors — not off-the-shelf
- Measure whether training actually changes behaviour — not just attendance
- Build and lead a dedicated L&D team from the ground up
