Head of Research And Development

Location : Dubai - UAE (apply if you have overseas experience or you have passport and ready to relocate)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead R&D strategy and product development
• Drive formulation innovation and scale-up
• Ensure successful lab-to-plant commercialization
• Optimize performance, cost, and consistency
• Provide technical support to customers and sales
• Ensure VOC and regulatory compliance
• Lead and develop R&D team

Candidate Profile

• M.Sc / PhD in Chemistry / Polymer Science
• 8+ years in resin R&D
• Experience across alkyds, polyesters, acrylics , curing agents, emulsions
• Proven scale-up and commercialization experience
• Exposure to listed coatings applications preferred

Salary up to AED 20,000 plus per month (based on experience) + standard UAE benefits including medical insurance, gratuity, and annual leave.
