Job Description
Job Summary:
Lead and oversee the execution of strategic marketing campaigns aimed at increasing consumer conversion, reducing churn, and enhancing brand loyalty and affinity across target market and customer base. Spearhead the Integrated Marketing Communications team and developing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business capabilities to ensure effective execution. Collaborate with top-tier advertising agencies and platforms to maximize marketing outcomes. Drive the design, execution, and performance measurement of customer programs aimed at increasing average customer spend, fostering brand loyalty, and improving overall customer retention. Possess a strong digital marketing background with a successful track record in implementing strategies that include Digital Marketing Campaigns, Content Management, SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field
- 12+ years of marketing experience, with expertise in strategic marketing leadership
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Proven strategic competence, with deep knowledge of current and emerging marketing trends
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel and work within a global team
