Role Description
The Head of Business Development – Child Day Care will lead growth and expansion initiatives for Best Group’s corporate child daycare division operating under the brand "The Banyan".
This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships with corporate clients, identifying new sites by undertaking strategic tie ups with Commercial real estate developers for opening new sites and managing end-to-end business development cycles.
The role includes creating and executing business plans, driving sales activities by identifying new areas of growth both geographically, customer spread along with overseeing key accounts, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
The Head of Business Development will collaborate with operations and education teams to align offerings with client needs, monitor market trends, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the child daycare business.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience of B2B sales in Real Estate industry
- Strong business planning and strategic business development skills, with the ability to design and execute growth plans.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data, financial metrics, and customer insights for informed decision-making.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in real estate, education, childcare, corporate services, or related sectors.
- Account management skills to build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a focus on client-centric solutions.
- Experience leading teams or cross-functional projects, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the corporate child daycare or early education space in India is highly beneficial.
