.About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned International Sales leader to drive global business expansion in the spices and agri-commodities segment. The role will focus on developing and scaling export markets across the Middle East, Europe, and the US.
Key Result Areas:
- Drive international sales strategy for spices and agri commodities across key global markets
- Develop and expand distributor and importer networks
- Manage the end-to-end export business lifecycle from lead generation to order execution
- Lead price negotiations, contracts, and margin optimization
- Monitor commodity price trends and align sales strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Build and lead a high-performance sales team
Incumbent profile:
- 15 years of experience in B2B or export sales.
- Strong exposure to spices, agri commodities, or food ingredients
- Proven experience in handling international markets such as the Middle East, Europe, and the US
- Strong background in commodity trading, bulk or institutional sales, and private label business
- Demonstrated ability in distributor management, contract negotiations, and revenue ownership
Annual Compensation: 55LPA
