Job Description

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Define and own the AI and automation roadmap in alignment with AGR’s product and business goals.

Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies that can elevate our competitive edge and client value proposition.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI-led transformation.
Ensure that all AI and automation initiatives are aligned with contributing directly to revenue growth, cost efficiency, and business profitability

Architecture Systems Design: Architect and design scalable, modular, and secure AI/ML solutions

Oversee the development and deployment of robust data pipelines, APIs, and AI models
Drive decisions around infrastructure, tools, and frameworks with a long-term perspective
Evaluate and integrate new technologies that can enhance our product offerings

Team Execution: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and developers

Be hands-on in model development, code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and engineering excellence.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team through solutions

Process Optimization: Establish and refine development processes including coding standards, testing protocols, and release procedures

Create and maintain documentation for technical processes and product features
Implement agile methodologies tailored to the team's needs
Set up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for development, deployment, and maintenance
Develop metrics to track development velocity, quality, and team performance

Client Engagement Custom Development: Work closely with client-facing teams to understand and translate client needs into technical solutions.

Lead the development and delivery of customized AI applications and solutions for clients.
Ensure timely, high-quality execution and implementation of solutions, with clear documentation and support.
Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility
Ensure product development aligns with customer expectations through regular feedback loops
Balance feature development with technical debt management and system stability

Qualifications

Graduation/ PG

Additional Information

Required Skills

10–15 years of total experience in technology roles with a proven record of delivery.
3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, including NLP, data modeling, model deployment, and production-level systems.
Strong programming experience (Python preferred), and familiarity with ML/DL frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.
Proven experience designing and scaling AI-based architectures and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to business stakeholders and clients. 9. Good to have:
Prior experience in client-facing roles or working with consulting teams.
Background in agile project management
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of UX/UI principles
Product management certification 10. Personal Traits:
