The Customer Service Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer communications via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
• Maintain a positive customer experience and build customer loyalty
• Document and track customer issues for follow-up and resolution

• Good understanding of Customer Service and Customer Support principles
• Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of CRM software or support tools is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Good English, Hindi, and Gujarati communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM)
• Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
