Role Description- Min 12 years of experience in Education Operations and Delivery

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a Head – Delivery & Operations (Edtech/Education). The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, managing and optimizing delivery processes, leading teams to ensure excellence, and meeting organizational goals. The Head will also manage budgets, develop strategies for scalable education services, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and ensure consistent service quality.

Qualifications

• Oversaw operations for online Degree Programmes ( UG/PG/PHD)
• Managed the end-to-end student lifecycle: enrolment, internal assessments, final examinations, and certification. 
•  Owned the delivery strategy, programme planning, ensuring quality, timely execution, and budget adherence. 
• Designed and tracked performance metrics — NPS, dropout rates, support TAT — to drive student engagement and programme quality.
• Maintained regulatory compliance and examination coordination with university stakeholders.
• Proven Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
