Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have strong cooking skills, the ability to manage kitchen operations, and experience in maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and supervise high-quality dishes
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Manage kitchen staff and coordinate work
• Plan menus and control food costs
• Ensure timely preparation and service of food

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
