Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Panaji. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure high service and quality standards. Responsibilities include staff training, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with suppliers, organizing events, and driving initiatives to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
Proficiency in Customer Service, with a focus on anticipating and exceeding guest needs
Experience in Training and mentoring team members
Ability to manage Budgeting effectively to achieve financial goals
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
