Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Foreman role based in Latur. The Foreman will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate between teams, and ensure that projects are executed as planned. Responsibilities include supervising workers and heavy equipment, managing schedules, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring work aligns with technical and design specifications. Additional duties include monitoring quality, communicating project progress to stakeholders, and addressing on-site challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Supervisory Skills to manage teams effectively and oversee on-site operations
• Experience with operating and managing Heavy Equipment
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Carpentry and Maintenance to support various project requirements
• Ability to enforce safety regulations and maintain a secure work environment
• Familiarity with RCC structural works is an advantage
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; certification in construction management is preferred
• Prior experience as a Foreman or similar role in construction projects
