Job Overview: We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground handling team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of passengers, baggage, and cargo at the airport. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate hiring. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas
Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
Perform security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Communicate with flight crew and ground control to ensure timely departures and arrivals
Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any inquiries or concerns
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal and surrounding areas
Assist with special services such as wheelchair assistance and VIP handling
Collaborate with other ground staff and airport personnel to ensure smooth operations
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Basic computer skills
Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
