- Strong Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers
- Expertise in Customer Support and a commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management to drive client retention and loyalty
- Proficiency in problem-solving, active listening, and conflict resolution
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
