Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site position for a Social Media Marketing Manager, based in the Pune Division. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies, managing and optimizing social media platforms, developing content strategies, and ensuring consistent branding across all channels. The role also involves creating and analyzing digital marketing campaigns to enhance online presence and engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying updated on emerging social media trends will be integral to daily responsibilities.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Design and implement experiential marketing campaigns that create memorable brand interactions.
  • Create a powerful strategy across channels to scale the brand organically
  • Develop and execute captivating social media strategies that resonate with our community.
  • Craft and curate engaging content that spotlights our community and brings our brand story to life.
  • Build and nurture relationships with our members, fostering a sense of belonging and excitement.
  • Analyze and report on community engagement metrics to continuously improve our strategies.
  • Co-own the charter of managing a strong gig-network of designers, copywriters, videographers, editors and ops executives.


Qualifications


  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
  • Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills to craft engaging and impactful messaging
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and expertise in tools and techniques to enhance online presence
  • Ability to stay updated with evolving trends and implement innovative strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in managing brand presence across social media platforms is preferred
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
