Job Description

Lead solutioning and consulting for BFS clients across lending, payments, cards, deposits, trade finance, and regulatory reporting.

Design target operating models, transformation roadmaps, and business cases tailored for BFS operations.

Drive integration of GenAI, RPA, analytics, and automation in BFS processes (KYC, AML, sanctions, fraud detection, compliance, reconciliations).

Anchor RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, develop compelling solution narratives, and deliver high-impact client presentations.

Support deal shaping, commercial structuring, and pricing models specific to BFS engagements.

Act as a strategic advisor on BFS digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and modernization of legacy platforms.

Create thought leadership assets such as PoVs, whitepapers, and case studies on digital BFS transformation and intelligent operations.

Must Have

Looking people with 12+ years coming from Core Banking Industry Expertise - Solution Designing.
