🔎 Role Overview

PhysicsWallah is seeking a proactive Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in ATL/BTL marketing within the Ed-Tech or offline coaching ecosystem. The role focuses on on-ground execution, local partnerships, and brand visibility enhancement.

✅ Primary Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize ATL/BTL marketing campaigns aligned with business goals

Analyze local market trends and competitor activities

Track campaign performance and ensure measurable outcomes

📌 Secondary Responsibilities

Conduct school visits and coordinate with local tuition teachers

Execute canopy activities and on-ground promotions

Manage leaflet distribution outside schools, coaching centers, markets, and offices

Collect marketing data and ensure timely system uploads

Conduct RWA activities, engage authorized members, and schedule senior-level meetings

🏫 School & Institutional Engagement

Meet school coordinators and principals to secure senior management appointments

Build relationships through meet-and-greet activities, annual functions, pre-exam visits, birthdays, and anniversaries

🤝 Coaching & Tuition Teacher Liaison

Develop collaborations with local tuition teachers and coaching center owners

Build long-term partnerships to drive student enrollments
