Natural Elements is a wooden solutions provider offering both indoor and outdoor applications. Our core offerings include

 1.Wooden Flooring

      2. Wall & Ceiling Paneling

      3. Facades & Elevations

      4. Outdoor Decking & louvres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit architects, interior designers, contractors, builders and potential clients to promote Natural Elements’ products.
  • Generate new business leads and follow up on prospects to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular meetings and follow-ups.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable flooring, cladding ,decking etc
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product samples to clients.
  • Coordinate with the showroom and back-office team for order processing, quotations, and after-sales support.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of daily sales activities.
  • Education: MBA preferred, Graduate or Diploma in Interior Design, Textile Design, Fashion Design, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales  in the home decor, building materials or interior products industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and lead generation.
