Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nanguneri for an HDPE Plastic Bottle Blow Moulding Machine Operator. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor HDPE blow moulding machines used to produce plastic bottles, ensuring consistent quality and efficient production. Daily tasks include adjusting machine settings, performing basic troubleshooting, conducting routine inspections, handling raw materials, and ensuring safe operation according to standard operating procedures. The role also involves coordinating with the production team, maintaining cleanliness around the machines, documenting production data, and following all safety and quality guidelines.
Qualifications

• Experience operating HDPE plastic bottle blow moulding or similar plastic processing machinery, with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of production workflows, basic quality control procedures, and ability to inspect finished bottles for defects.
• Understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment, including safe handling of equipment and materials.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical specifications.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, handle moderate lifting, and work in a factory setting.
• Previous experience in plastics manufacturing or FMCG production is an advantage.
• Basic educational background (such as high school or vocational training) in mechanical, industrial, or related fields preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts, collaborate with team members, and maintain punctuality and reliability.
