Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role based in Matar. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor machinery in accordance with safety standards and production requirements. Responsibilities include reading and following work instructions, handling hand tools, performing basic preventive maintenance, and reporting equipment issues to supervisors. The role also involves checking finished products for quality, recording production data, and collaborating with team members and shift leaders to meet daily output targets. The Machine Operator will be expected to follow all safety and compliance procedures and contribute to a clean and orderly work environment.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and handling industrial Machinery.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including basic inspection and measurement techniques.
  • Candidates should possess skills in using Hand Tools safely and effectively for routine tasks.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members.
  • Previous experience as a machine operator, production worker, or in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand technical instructions, safety guidelines, and basic drawings.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to work in shifts as required by operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in mechanical or industrial trades is an advantage.
