The technician is often tasked with diagnosing hardware problems, replacing defective components, and performing regular maintenance checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Setup:
• Install and configure hardware components, such as desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Set up networks and ensure hardware devices are properly connected.
• Troubleshooting & Repair:
• Diagnose hardware failures or malfunctions in equipment.
• Replace or repair defective components (e.g., motherboards, hard drives, memory, power supplies, etc.).
• Perform system updates or firmware upgrades to keep devices running efficiently.
• Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance on hardware to ensure optimal performance.
• Clean and service equipment regularly to prevent overheating or dust buildup.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support to users, addressing any hardware-related issues.
• Assist in the setup of new hardware and provide guidance on proper usage.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Keep records of repairs, maintenance, and upgrades made to hardware.
• Maintain a database of hardware inventory and stock levels.
• Collaboration:
• Work with software technicians, network engineers, and other IT staff to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software systems.
• Collaborate with vendors or manufacturers for warranty and repairs when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
