Role Description

We are seeking a Guest Service Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with reservations, addressing guest concerns, and creating a friendly and professional environment. The role requires close interaction with guests to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience during their time with us.

Qualifications

• Strong Guest Services and Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional experiences and resolve guest inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in managing Reservations and ensuring efficiency in service delivery
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with guests in a polite, clear, and professional manner
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive work environment
• Prior experience in guest services or the hospitality industry is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent education level required
