Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Front Office Guest Service Associate. The Front Office Guest Service Associate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests during check-in and check-out processes, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and addressing their needs. The role includes ensuring guest satisfaction by providing excellent service, maintaining accurate billing, and coordinating with other hotel departments for a seamless guest experience.


Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing processes
  • Basic knowledge of hotel management software and operational workflows
  • Teamwork, multitasking skills, and a detail-oriented approach
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in a front office or hospitality role is an advantage
  • Degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
