About Us: The Show is a premium event management company specializing in luxury weddings, experiential design, and hospitality services. From guest experience design and logistics to stationery and hampers, the company delivers meticulously curated, high-end events that leave lasting impressions.


Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Working Model: Onsite

Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Budget: 45k - 65k (depending on experience)

Experience: 3-5 years


Role Overview: The Guest Experience & Hospitality Lead owns the end-to-end guest experience, from RSVPs and hotel coordination to on-ground hospitality. This role is responsible for ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and supported throughout the event while leading the hospitality team and coordinating seamlessly with hotels, vendors, production, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Communication

  • Own the complete RSVP process, including guest lists, confirmations, follow-ups, plus-ones, travel, accommodation, and special requests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction is warm, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Lead all on-ground hospitality, including welcome desks, check-ins, guest assistance, and stay management to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Hotel & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with hotel teams on room allocations, check-ins, guest requests, and last-minute changes to ensure seamless execution.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage hospitality vendors while maintaining quality, timelines, and commercial efficiency.
  • Build strong working relationships with hotels and vendors to resolve challenges quickly and effectively.

Operations & Event Execution

  • Collaborate with production, logistics, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure hospitality operations run smoothly.
  • Manage hospitality timelines, guest logistics, and cross-functional coordination while proactively resolving on-ground challenges.
  • Step into any operational role required to ensure successful event execution.

Team & Resource Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the RSVP & Hospitality team and on-ground desk staff.
  • Build and manage a dependable pool of freelancers and hospitality professionals, ensuring efficient manpower planning and execution.

Guest Experience & Creative Touchpoints

  • Oversee guest-facing collateral, including welcome kits, stationery, signage, and other hospitality touchpoints.
  • Ensure every guest interaction and visual touchpoint reflects a premium and memorable experience.


Who We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality ideally in the Event Industry.
  • An exceptional communicator who can confidently engage with guests, hotel teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple guest requests and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets for guest tracking, reporting, and coordination.
  • Prior experience leading a team, with the ability to delegate, mentor, and drive execution.
  • Calm under pressure, resourceful, and capable of making sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • Well-groomed and professional, with a strong customer-first mindset for a guest-facing role.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in Telugu is an added advantage.
  • Available to work full-time from our Hyderabad office.
