We are looking for a GTM Tools Administrator to manage and optimize our Go-to-Market technology stack. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and data enrichment platforms to support Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

• Administer and optimize GTM platforms including Salesforce, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), Clay, and related tools.
• Configure users, workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Manage lead routing, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and campaign operations.
• Build and maintain Clay workflows for prospecting, lead enrichment, and outbound campaigns.
• Ensure CRM data quality, governance, and process compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate reports and dashboards to measure GTM performance and pipeline health.

✅ 3+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.

✅ Hands-on experience with:

• Salesforce Administration
• Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
• Clay
• CRM Administration & Workflow Automation
• Lead Management & Marketing Automation

✅ Strong understanding of GTM processes, sales pipeline management, and CRM best practices.

✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or 6sense.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and CRM integrations.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
