We are Hiring: Growth Specialist (Sales Executive)

We are looking for a high-energy Growth Specialist to champion QuantaVoice AI—our Sovereign Intelligence Ecosystem and Unified Growth Engine. You will work on the front lines to help enterprises and MSMEs translate every business signal into a clear strategy for prosperity.

What You’ll Do

  • On-the-Ground Execution: Work directly with business owners and managers in the field to show how QuantaVoice AI decodes their daily conversations into growth strategies.
  • Lead Generation & Hunting: Actively identify and qualify leads within the automotive, industrial, and real estate sectors.
  • Active Outreach: Conduct cold calls and in-person visits to introduce our Strategic Intelligence Platform to decision-makers.
  • Winning Partnerships: Lead discussions with potential clients, demonstrating how we sync "boardroom plans" with "frontline actions" to win their business.
  • Vernacular Impact: Use a "Vernacular-First" approach to make our high-tech growth tools accessible and understandable to local business leaders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 0–2 years in field sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. We welcome freshers with high energy and a hunger to learn.
  • Skills: Strong "boots on the ground" work ethic, persistence in cold calling, and the ability to simplify complex tech for any audience.
  • On-site Mobility: This is a field-heavy role; you must be comfortable traveling locally to meet leads and close deals.
  • Education: A degree in Business, Communications, or Engineering is preferred.
