Role Description This is a internship role, Growth Marketing & Social Media Manager remote role. The person in this position is responsible for planning and executing growth-focused campaigns across social media and digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Day-to-day tasks include developing social media calendars, creating and briefing content, managing platform publishing, and optimizing campaigns for reach and conversions. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, running A/B tests, refining targeting, and reporting insights to stakeholders. Collaboration with content, design, product, and leadership teams is essential to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective go-to-market initiatives. The intern will work closely with the founder and receive mentorship on growth marketing, analytics, campaign strategy, and startup operations. Deepdines is an equal opportunity employer. Qualifications
- Open to learn or have strong social media skills, including Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand presence across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing, with the ability to plan, brief, and craft engaging, audience-specific content that supports growth and brand objectives.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present performance insights and recommendations.
- Comfort with social media and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms).
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus, as is familiarity with community building, influencer partnerships, and basic design or video editing tools.
Compensation: This role offers performance-based incentive compensation. Rewards are tied to measurable outcomes such as user acquisition, engagement, campaign performance, and other agreed-upon growth objectives. Details of the incentive structure will be discussed during the interview process.
