Role Description The Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Perintalmanna. In this position, the Video Editor will handle end-to-end video production tasks, including assembling raw footage, editing clips, adding transitions, and synchronizing audio to create engaging content for marketing, training, and corporate communications. The role includes color grading, applying motion graphics, and integrating branding elements to ensure visual consistency across all media. The Video Editor will collaborate with consultants, marketing teams, and subject matter experts to understand project requirements, develop storyboards, and deliver high-quality videos within agreed timelines. Responsibilities also include managing project files, optimizing content for various platforms, and staying current with editing tools and industry trends.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating high-quality, professional video content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency and overall look and feel of videos.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design and integrate animated and static visual elements.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) is expected.
• Experience creating videos for corporate, training, or marketing purposes, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site in Perintalmanna.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
