We are building for a world where every business will have AI agents working across sales, support, marketing, and operations.
Now we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can help us build a serious growth engine from the ground up.
The Role
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition, campaign strategy, creative testing, landing page conversion, retargeting, analytics, and lead generation.
If you are a growth marketer who can build campaigns from scratch, justify ad budgets with numbers, move fast, take bold bets, and create systems that generate qualified leads, booked demos, pipeline, and revenue — this role is for you.
This is not a social media posting role.
This is a paid ads, campaigns, funnel, and growth ownership role.
You will work directly with the founders and collaborate with designers, video editors, and sales teams to turn customer problems, product features, founder ideas, and market insights into campaigns that convert.
We do not want someone who only gives ideas. We want someone who can strategize, launch, measure, improve, and scale.
The Core Mission
Your primary job is to generate qualified pipeline through paid acquisition.
In simple terms:
Own Meta and Google Ads end to end to create a predictable, improving flow of qualified demos for StepsAI at a CAC that makes sense.
Everything else supports that mission.
This role is not about posting content for the sake of posting. It is not about making random reels or chasing vanity metrics.
The goal is to turn ad spend, campaign strategy, landing pages, and creative testing into qualified leads, booked demos, pipeline, and revenue.
Your time will roughly focus on:
60–70%: Paid Acquisition & Funnel Growth
Running and optimizing Meta and Google campaigns, testing audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages, improving cost per qualified lead, and increasing demo bookings.
20–25%: Growth Strategy & Experiments
Deciding which ICPs to target, what messages to test, which offers to run, and what weekly experiments can improve conversion and pipeline.
10–15%: Content Direction & Founder-Led Distribution
Guiding content, product explainers, case studies, founder-led posts, and creative briefs that support trust, retargeting, and conversion. You do not need to personally make every reel or design every post, but you should know what needs to be created and why.
What You Will Own
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Building and executing StepsAI’s paid growth strategy
- Running and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and retargeting channels
- Testing ICPs, audiences, offers, hooks, creatives, landing pages, and CTAs
- Creating campaigns for SaaS, Shopify, e-commerce, and service businesses
- Turning customer pain points and product capabilities into campaign angles
- Writing or guiding ad copy, landing page copy, and campaign messaging
- Creating clear briefs for designers and video editors
- Improving landing page conversion and demo booking flows
- Setting up and improving retargeting campaigns
- Tracking campaign performance and reporting clearly every week
- Scaling winning campaigns and stopping what does not work

You should be comfortable speaking in numbers such as:
- Ad spend
- CAC
- CPL
- Cost per qualified lead
- CTR
- CPC
- CPM
- Conversion rate
- Landing page conversion rate
- Lead-to-demo rate
- Demo-to-opportunity rate
- Pipeline generated
- Revenue influenced
You should be able to clearly explain:
“This campaign spent ₹X, generated Y leads, Z qualified demos, and ₹A in pipeline. CPL was ₹B, landing page conversion was C%, and this is what we should scale next.”
Must Have Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation
- Hands-on experience running paid ads
- Experience managing Meta and/or Google Ads budgets
- Experience with lead generation or demo booking campaigns
- Ability to show previous work and real numbers
- Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, conversion rates, and lead quality
- Ability to write or guide strong ad copy and campaign messaging
- Ability to create campaign briefs for designers and video editors
- Comfort with analytics, dashboards, and weekly reporting
- Strong ownership mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment without constant hand-holding
You must have personally owned paid ad budgets before. If you are strong at content but have not run paid acquisition campaigns with measurable CPL, CAC, ROAS, or demo-booking outcomes, this is not the right role.
Good To Have
- Experience in SaaS, AI, B2B, Shopify, e-commerce, or marketing technology
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with retargeting campaigns
- Experience with landing page optimization
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Experience managing designers, editors, freelancers, or junior marketers
What Success Looks Like
First Phase
- You deeply understand StepsAI, our product, ICPs, and customer pain points
- You audit our current website, landing pages, ads, tracking, and funnel
- You create a focused paid growth plan
- You define priority ICPs, campaign angles, offers, and success metrics
- You launch initial paid campaigns and retargeting experiments
- You set up clear tracking and weekly reporting
Second Phase
- You are running multiple paid growth experiments
- You identify which ICPs, offers, creatives, and landing pages are working
- You improve landing page conversion and demo booking flow
- You create a repeatable campaign testing system
- You start generating consistent qualified leads and booked demos
Growth Phase
- You own a working paid growth engine
- You have clear numbers on what works and what does not
- You scale winning campaigns
- You reduce cost per qualified lead
- You improve demo booking conversion
- You help StepsAI move toward predictable pipeline growth
