Growth Marketing Manager
Location: Mumbai
Department: Digital Marketing / Growth
Reporting to: AVP – Digital Marketing
We’re looking for a Growth Manager who can blend analytical thinking with creative experimentation to drive measurable business growth. If you love digging into data, testing bold ideas, and optimizing every stage of the customer journey — from acquisition to retention — this role is for you.
You’ll be part of the digital marketing team, owning our growth metrics and shaping how we attract, engage, and retain users across multiple channels.
Roles and Responsibility:
Drive the Growth Strategy
• Build and execute a full-funnel growth plan across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing.
• Use data, user insights, and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Take ownership of core metrics — CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention rate, and funnel conversion.
Lead Performance Marketing
• Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve ROI and lead quality.
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to bring data-driven ideas to life.
Strengthen Organic Presence
• Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
• Collaborate with content and tech teams to improve keyword rankings and organic visibility.
• Monitor SEO performance — CTRs, keyword movement, and organic lead conversions.
Boost Retention & Engagement
• Design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns through email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and remarketing.
• Create personalized user journeys and automation flows to keep users active and engaged.
• Partner with product and content teams to improve overall user experience and repeat engagement.
Own Analytics & Experimentation
• Set up and monitor analytics using GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards.
• Run A/B and multivariate experiments to drive performance improvements.
• Share regular reports, insights, and strategic recommendations with leadership.
Role Requirement:
- 6–10 years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Digital Marketing roles.
- A proven track record in scaling user acquisition and retention for digital-first brands.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console
- Ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DV360
- CRM/Automation: HubSpot, WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar
- Analytics: GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets
- A solid understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and cohort analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — you know how to turn data into decisions.
