Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Eligibility: MBA in Marketing (Freshers Preferred)

As a Growth & Marketing Executive, you will work closely with leadership to build brand visibility, identify new opportunities, engage with industry stakeholders, and support business growth initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Build brand visibility through content and storytelling
• Conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Generate leads and execute outreach campaigns
• Support proposals, presentations, and client engagements
• Maintain CRM and track business opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and partnerships

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Content writing and storytelling abilities
• Interest in digital marketing and brand building
• Research and analytical mindset
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms
• Canva, PowerPoint, or basic design skills
• Confidence in networking and professional interactions
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic understanding of AI tools and productivity platforms

• Work directly with founders and leadership
• Build a portfolio with real business impact
• Gain exposure to universities, government organizations, corporates, and the skilling ecosystem
• Learn business development, marketing, branding, partnerships, and consultative sales
