The opportunity

US healthcare is a $5 trillion market. Until now, the only ways in were: become a licensed clinician (10 years), buy a franchise ($50K–$100K + royalties), or build from scratch ($1M+).

We've built a fourth path. A $9,900 + $550/year turnkey kit that gives operators, clinicians, and entrepreneurs lateral entry into US healthcare - riding the regulatory wrapper of a 23-year-old TPA with FMCSA registration and a 50-state physician network.

The infrastructure exists. The product works. The category is open.

We need someone to run the funnel and capture first-mover advantage.

The role

You own one number: partners signed per week.

Build and run the funnel. Decide what to test, scale, and kill. Own acquisition and activation.

Close the deals. US-hours Zoom calls. Walk prospects through the ROC calculator and the competitive math. No SDR layer - you own the conversation.

Manage our build team. UI/UX designer and our developers ship whatever the funnel needs. You write the specs.

The math

₹40,000 per kiosk partner signed and ₹10,000 per signage partner signed. Uncapped. Paid monthly the week Stripe clears.

  • 1 partner/week → ₹20L+
  • 2/week → ₹40L+
  • 3/week → ₹60L+

Top performer Year 1: ₹75L+

Who we want
  • 3-6 years in growth, sales, or BD at a B2B startup that shipped real revenue
  • You've personally closed deals and can name them
  • Comfortable on US calls in US English
  • You've managed designers and developers as a non-engineer
  • You read "$5T market" and "₹50L" in the same paragraph and start running the playbook in your head
Logistics

Remote, anywhere in India ~10 am– 6 pm IST (OT as necessary for client discovery calls) · Quarterly Chennai and Annual US trip on us · Direct to founder, Daily sync with optionality to async on Slack.
