We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Growth Lead – D2C (Mini-CEO) to own and scale our Direct-to-Consumer business. This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute aggressively, and take complete ownership of growth, profitability, customer experience, and digital operations.


The ideal candidate has prior experience managing or scaling a D2C business and understands every growth lever across ecommerce, website conversion, customer journey, and performance marketing.


Key Responsibilities


Business Ownership

  • Own and manage the D2C business P&L
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Build and execute D2C growth strategies
  • Monitor key business metrics and performance indicators
  • Website & Conversion Optimization
  • Own the complete website experience
  • Improve customer journey and conversion funnels
  • Work on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
  • Optimize UI/UX and checkout experience
  • Improve retention and repeat purchase behavior


Growth & Performance

Work closely with performance marketing teams

Analyze campaign performance, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion metrics

Identify new growth opportunities across channels

Scale customer acquisition and retention initiatives


Creative & Brand Execution

Manage creative throughput and campaign execution

Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams

Ensure strong brand consistency across digital platforms


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with operations, finance, marketing, and product teams

Build scalable systems and processes

Drive high-impact business initiatives


Requirements

Proven experience in D2C or ecommerce business growth

Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics and analytics

Experience handling CRO, website optimization, and customer funnels

Analytical and data-driven mindset

Strong ownership and execution capability

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with D2C consumer brands

Familiarity with Shopify or ecommerce platforms

Understanding of retention marketing and performance marketing

Prior experience owning business growth targets or P&L
