1) Junior Graphic Designer (2 Positions)

Experience Required:

0 to 3 years

Preferred Industry Background:

Label printing / packaging / flexible packaging / offset printing

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing label artworks as per customer inputs

Making corrections in existing artworks

Barcode placement and basic compliance checks

Basic understanding of color separation

Preparing print-ready files

Coordination with production team for artwork feasibility

Handling multiple small jobs with speed and accuracy

Software Skills Required:

CorelDraw, Illustrator, photoShop, Canva etc

Desired Qualities:

Good speed in artwork correction

Attention to detail

Ability to understand printing limitations

2) Senior Graphic Designer (1–2 Positions)

Experience Required:

4 to 8 years

Preferred Industry Background:

Label printing / packaging design / premium product labels / FMCG packaging

Key Responsibilities:

Developing creative label concepts

Handling premium label designs

Supervising junior designers

Customer interaction for artwork discussion when required

Understanding print embellishments such as foiling, embossing, texture effects, screen effects, and special varnish applications

Preparing technically correct files for flexo / offset / digital printing

Suggesting design improvements for better print output

Software Skills Required:

Desired Qualities:

Strong aesthetic sense

Practical printing knowledge

Ability to convert concepts into production-ready label designs
